Definitions

To enable full and complete understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions, they shall have the meaning set forth below:

Applicable Law, Jurisdiction and Jurisdiction.

Except as provided by non-derogable rules of law, the Court of Venice shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute concerning these Conditions and the relationships governed by them.
